Registration fee includes the following services:

  • pre-congress workshop
  • all sessions
  • all official documentation including program
  • welcome reception
  • morning and afternoon coffee breaks
  • social events

Payment for registration must be made in US Dollars (those in Ghana can pay in Ghanaian Cedi equivalent).

Early Registration is due by January 15, 2010. The congress fee has to be fully paid in advance for registration to be confirmed. Registration without full payment by February 26, 2010 shall not be confirmed. All cancellations should be made before February 15, 2010.This shall attract 20% of amount paid (excluding bank charges) to cover administrative costs.

  • By bank transfer
  • Cash payment on-site in US Dollars or Ghanaian Cedi
