Exhibition

There will be a comprehensive international trade exhibition in conjunction with the congress. Exhibition will start on the pre-congress workshop day (2nd March) through 5th March, 2010.

As the Africa’s leading professional congress on all aspects of the society and business and their applications, the Congress of African Professionals provides outstanding opportunities for industrial partners and non-profit institutions to present their business products, technologies and innovations to wide varying experts and audience from all walks of life.

Our aim is to successfully combine an exhibition, congress and networking within the exciting and inventive environment of a prominent international event. In so doing, we shall create various opportunities for industrial and non-profit partners to participate as exhibitors, partners or sponsors of the African Congress and create substantial benefits for their future business.

Our exhibition package include the following:

  • A 9 square metre area with a standard shell scheme (space only also available)
  • Fascia board with name
  • a logo of the exhibitor and a minimum word introduction on the event website
  • a link through to the exhibitor’s website
  • hard copy information not exceeding A4 4pages in the delegates bag
  • discount on additional delegates passes; not exceeding 2 delegates per exhibitor.

Sponsorship

A wide range of sponsorship options is available for organizations who wish to identify with the congress and the entire professionals. The sponsorship packages offered by the congress with their benefits are in four categories, namely Platinum Sponsor, Gold Sponsor, Silver Sponsor and Bronze Sponsor. Details of these will be published later, both on the website and in all our promotional materials.

Specific aspects of the Congress as opposed to major sponsorship are also available. The options include the following categories:
